HYBRID EVENT – AETION RWE EUROPEAN FORUM 2021

Intimate premium educational event for a clientele of Global pharma C-Suite executives and other high level decision makers.

 
 

Project Description

In March 2022, SWM supported Aetion in producing a hybrid event in Brussels. It was an intimate premium educational event, befitting their clientele of Global pharma C-Suite executives and other high level decision makers.

We scouted spectacular venues that provided creative options to make a truly memorable experience for their guests. Worked to a very tight timeline and used our multilingual, international team to secure the perfect venue, catering and technical staff so Aetion could focus on their customers.

We deftly managed the challenge simultaneously catering to two audiences by coordinating virtual and live presenters and ensuring that the virtual presenters engaged the in person audience and vice versa. We balanced the needs of the live audience of 20 carefully selected clients whilst filming the presentations for on demand viewing after the event.
