REMOTE CONFERENCE DEVELOPMENT
With only a few weeks to record, transcribe and edit more than 200 oral presentations from speakers around the world, we provided seamless virtual conference solutions for large-scale congress events.

Brief
In the wake of restrictions due to COVID-19, numerous high profile congress events were unable to go ahead as planned. As the UK partner of MED Talks we worked with a number of European conferences such as the European Hematology Association Congress (EHA) and the eSPACE Heart Failure conference to record and edit HCP presentations remotely so that the events could still go ahead virtually.
Creative
Developed guidelines to best facilitate remote recordings and manage the schedules of all HCPs involved. Using a number of virtual methods, we remotely recorded presentations under strict time pressures, and edited them down into individual short films. We designed the presentation layouts as well as eye-catching animated graphic intros to tie them into the event brand.
Deliverables
We delivered over 160 edited presentations for EHA and 77 for eSPACE over the course of a few weeks. These were then broadcast live online during the events, often being used as precursors to live Q&A discussions.
