Adapting to the ever changing challenge of COVID-19, SWM produced a hybrid conference event in Milan for Frontiers Health, the premiere digital health innovation summit.

The event was a socially distanced gathering in Milan with over 250 speakers addressing an audience of 200 people in the auditorium and opening up to an audience of 1000 from 40 countries online.

We organised a plenary session over two days with four break out rooms. This material was delivered simultaneously in person and virtually with seamless transitions leading to a smooth experience for all delegates.

We supported Frontiers Health in creating a memorable experience for the delegates – from choosing a spectacular location, to dressing the venue to 5-star Italian catering. At the end of each day of the conference, we released a video summarising the key learnings of the day with on the spot sound bites from speakers and delegates. Racing against the clock, we filmed and edited, got approved and published the wrap up video in just a few hours each.
